Financial Policy: Co-pays, deductibles, and co-insurance fees are required at time of service.
In Office Biopsy Policy: If a biopsy is required, biopsied tissue will automatically be sent for pathological evaluation unless otherwise indicated by the doctor.
Also, no cosmetic procedures are performed.
